Employment Litigation
Life Is I.R.A.C.
A Civil Rights Litigation Attorney for 27 years, I am now sharing my expertise in Employment Discrimination. I disseminate information related to employment discrimination on my Youtube Channel, “Advocate Lucinda, Esq”. You can access the information by clicking the purple Youtube icon, above. The information is available to everyone wanting to file a lawsuit or for others who just want to know the law. Anyone can obtain the information. And, it’s free! Why do I do this? One, I am an Advocate. Secondly, such information helps people advocate for themselves and their families. Thirdly, it effectuates justice. In other words, people who have meritable claims, who otherwise cannot afford an attorney, are able to secure justice by suing on their behalf, or Pro Se.
My “Issues In The Heart” Youtube channel was birth out of the book. The book was birthed out of my love for the law and writing. Through legal writing, I learned the concept, I.R.A.C., (Issues, Rule of Law, Analysis, Conclusion). As lawyers, we assess the facts of each claim that comes through our door, whether it has merit. Following the guide of I.R.A.C., we are able to make that determination. In the same way, life is I.R.A.C. People face issues (internally and externally). There is a rule or law for each situation. It’s up to each person to assess or analyze their circumstance (their facts) to settle the issue they face. On this Channel, I encourage people to guard their (spiritual) heart by applying I.R.A.C. and Bible principles (my belief system and point of reference).
Every day, judges make decisions that impact individuals’ lives, their families’, and society. Most judges are impartial and fair-minded. Unfortunately, others are not. They base their judgment on preconceived notions and prejudices. Their actions strip people of dignity; deprive citizens of freedom (literally); place people under financial hardship due to fines and awards assessed against them; cause people great emotional distress, under the umbrella of injustice. This channel is an Empowerment Station. It provides people with information concerning judiciary accountability and the right to fairness and equity in the court. It disseminates information on laws and happenings in the judiciary, to Empower.
